Exchange Policy

Effective Date: October 2024

At Savic Digital, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We operate on an EXCHANGE ONLY policy – we do not offer cash refunds. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made our exchange process simple and straightforward.

Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to exchange eligible items for another product or store credit.

Eligible Items for Exchange

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Not damaged due to misuse or negligence

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened software, digital products, or downloadable content
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Perishable goods
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse

How to Initiate an Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order:

Provide your order number and the item you’d like to exchange for.

Step 2: Exchange Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide:

  • An Exchange Authorization Number (EAN)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Our return address details

Step 3: Ship Your Item

  • Package the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts
  • Write your EAN clearly on the outside of the package
  • Ship to the address provided by our team
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs

Shipping Costs

IMPORTANT: There is no free shipping for exchanges.

  • Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs including:
    • Returning the original item to us
    • Shipping the replacement item to you
  • Original delivery shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection

Exchange Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for:

  • A different size or color of the same product
  • A different product of equal or greater value
  • Store credit to use on future purchases

How Exchanges Work:

  1. Follow the return process above and specify what you’d like to exchange for
  2. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process the exchange
  3. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll pay the difference
  4. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the balance will be issued as store credit only
  5. Exchanges are subject to product availability

Exchange Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs for the replacement item
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately upon delivery (within 24 hours)
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We will arrange an exchange for a replacement item of the same product
  4. Exchanges for damaged/defective items only – no cash refunds will be issued
  5. If the exact item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or receive store credit

Note: Return shipping for damaged or defective items is the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong Item Delivered

If we sent you the wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the item received
  3. We will arrange for an exchange with the correct item
  4. Exchanges only – no cash refunds will be issued
  5. If you prefer not to wait for the correct item, we can issue store credit

Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Exchanges

If you haven’t received your exchange item after the stated processing time:

  1. Contact us with your exchange tracking information
  2. We will investigate the status of your shipment
  3. If the item is lost in transit, we will process a replacement exchange
